Family-run business
Based in Surrey, we're a family-run business with over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry. Led by Stefan and Jenny, we're dedicated to providing quality products and outstanding service.
Stefan has been working with the hotel industry for 25 years and is not only a fountain of knowledge about production and all things practical, he is also pernicious in his quest for quality and great customer service. Jenny is the person who knows everything there is to know about our products. She worked as a legal PA in the City in a past life and has reams of experience in dealing with high profile, well respected and fashionable establishments and of what constitutes exceptional customer service. She is also a lover of all things luxurious and knows a thing or two about hospitality.
