We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, please notify us in writing within 7 days to discuss a return.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery and a full refund will be given upon receipt provided it is unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
However if upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them.
