Can a SHAPE dispenser stand on its own?
No. The SHAPE dispensers supplied by Hotel Supplies Ltd are designed for wall mounting and cannot stand independently on a basin, shelf or vanity unit.
A compatible SHAPE bracket must therefore be ordered with your first set of dispensers.
How do you install a SHAPE dispenser?

Naturals Remedies SHAPE dispensers are refilled from the matching 3-litre refill bottles. These refills are designed for controlled pouring and do not require a separate dispensing pump but can be fitted with a pump if desired.

ELEMENT_RY SHAPE dispensers are refilled from the matching 5-litre cubitainer. A compatible cubitainer refill pump is required and is sold separately.

How should SHAPE dispensers be cleaned?
Regularly wipe the exterior of the bottle, pump and bracket using a damp cloth.

What should I do if the dispenser is not working?

The dispenser is dripping
Clean the outlet and check that the pump is securely fitted. If dripping continues, stop using the dispenser and contact us for assistance.
The bottle feels loose
Remove the bottle and check that it has been inserted correctly. Do not leave a loose dispenser in use.
If the bracket itself is moving away from the wall, remove the bottle immediately and refit or replace the bracket according to the installation instructions.
The pump is difficult to press
Check for dried product around the pump and clean the exterior carefully. Do not force the mechanism if it remains difficult to operate.
